Jake attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison, earning Bachelor of Science degrees in both Evolutionary Biology and Education Studies. He joined the UFA in 2022, playing for the Madison Radicals before joining the Chicago Union in 2024.

As a member of the Union, Jake recorded 20 total blocks during the 2024 season, landing a spot on UFA’s defense first team.

Jake Rubin-Miller is the Youth Director and Head Coach of Chicago Union Cares, as well as the Youth Director for the Chicago Union. He has been an ABA therapist, working with preschoolers with autism. He coaches the Lane Tech High School girl's ultimate team, voLTage.
