Dylan Nice was born and raised in the Bay Area. He currently attends DePaul University, with a double major in Business/Marketing and Spanish/Language and Literature.

Dylan played two seasons with the Oakland Spiders before joining the Union in 2025. In addition to being a student and playing pro ultimate, Dylan is an Assistant Coach for Chicago Union Cares.

When not on the field, Dylan loves to cook and find new music. He is fluent in Spanish.
