Chicago Union Cares is officially one year old this month!

Since we opened our doors, over 2,800 youth across Chicagoland have directly participated in our programming. In addition, we have provided professional development support in three school districts. A huge thanks to our donors and supporters for making this possible.

Here are three snapshots of our impact.

• Fantastic young people at summer camps being introduced to the power of ultimate.

• Dedicated PE faculty at a professional development session exploring ways to bring ultimate to their classes.

• The first edition of “Teaching Ultimate Frisbee”— our online resource of games, drills, videos, and more for educators and coaches.

Because every young person deserves a chance to play ultimate, CUC’s programming is always free-of-charge.
